Earl Oliver Feilner

Earl O. Feilner, 93, of Cullowhee, passed away surrounded by his family Saturday April 6, 2019. A native of St. Charles, Missouri, he was the son of the late Harry and Vida Feilner. A U.S.Navy Veteran of WWII, serving with the Seabees, he loved to garden, fish and go hunting with his son. He loved his family and grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a daughter; Nancy, his two brothers and his sister. He is survived by his wife of 72 years Dolores Griffin Feilner Daughter- Bonnie Stephens (Ron) of Cullowhee Son- Ron Feilner (Veronica) of Prairie City, Missouri Daughter- Debra Little of St. Charles, Missouri 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren also survive Services will be private . .

Uncle Earl, you were such a wonderful influence on me when I was growing up. I will never forget the times we spent together. My condolences to Tante D, Bonnie, Ronnie and Debbie. May the Lord comfort all of you at this time. We Love you.

Sending all my love to you my family. Im so sorry for your loss, but I know that he touched so many lives. He will be remembered fondly and dearly by all who knew him. I pray for peace for you all, and I know we can look forward to seeing him in heaven. What a wonderful reunion that will be! Earl, you were such a wonderful influence on my Dad, and for that I will be forever grateful. You are so deeply loved and have left behind such a godly legacy!

Many thanks to all our great men who have served and are serving our Great Country. Like Earl, my dear husband, Lindsey Rogers Turk, was born in 1925, was a World War ll Navy Veteran liked to hunt and fish and a family. He died in 1996. Cherish your memories of this wonderful man.
