Ivey was such a sweet lady and wonderful nurse. When I had my son May 4 1983. I was dropped off at Dr McCord's for a check up. Well she drove me to the hospital because my son was coming early. She will be sadly missed. May she RIP

I'm so so sorry for your loss. I worked with Ivey a few years. Ivey also saved my son's life. If not for her he wouldn't have made it to the NICU in time. She was one of the most precious nurses and person I have ever known.

Oh how we all should take a page from her LifeBook. Smile laugh and make the best of whatever comes. She was my nurse at De McCords office and I have lived her since. Im so sorry but she isnt suffering. For that we will rejoice. Praying for you all, Pauline and Lewis Beck.

My heart is broken. I first met Ivy when I was pregnant with my first child. I felt so much comfort with her presence. I learned she and my mother in law grew up near each other. In later years, I got to visit her at Skyland CC. I couldnt come to the facility without making a stop by her room. I know Ivy is with Troy and Linda again. My heart is full in knowing Ivy is well now.

Ivey was a special lady! She could make you feel safe and comfortable in even the hardest situation at the doctor's office. All of you are in our prayers.
