Jacquelean “Jackie” Gibby Bumgarner, age 74, of Sylva, NC, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Jack Gibby and the late Annie Mae Moseman. She is survived by two sons; Mike (Tina) Brooks and John Brooks. Additional obituary information will be published as it becomes available. Appalachian Funeral Services of Sylva, NC is serving the family.
