Manuel "Scotty" Cooper, of Sylva passed away Monday, May 14, 2018 at Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 18, 2018 at 3 pm at Appalachian Funeral Services. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 pm prior to the services. Burial will follow the services at Fairview Memorial Gardens.
