I have known Mary for a number of years, beginning when she an Ray lived in Acworth, Ga. I have kept in contact with her thru the years and last visited with her the last of August. I will miss her very much and my prayers go out to Ray, Jr. and all of her nephews and nieces. Mary was a very special lady and I feel lucky that she was a wonderful friend.

Aunt Mary Allie, you were the remaining glue to the original Queen family. I am so sorry to hear of your passing. It was my pleasure to attend the family reunions that you and Aunt Betty so artfully put together. We will carry on your traditions to the best of our abilities but it won't be nearly as good as you. RIP. Melissa Queen Hughes (great-niece)
