Betty Powell 84 of Waynesville passed away on Tuesday March 17th. Funeral services will be held on Sunday March 22nd at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in Parris Cemetery.
