Billy Ray Meadows
Billy Ray Meadows, 61, of the Dark Ridge Community passed away Tuesday evening November 14, 2023. A native of Madison County, he was the son of late Troy and Rachel King Meadows.
He was a dedicated lineman for a over 35 years for the phone company. He enjoyed fishing, camping and ginseng hunting. He loved the Lord and reading his Bible.
Services will be private.
