Boyce "Bo" Hensley

Sylva - Boyce "Bo" Hensley, 60, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025.

Boyce was born in Buncombe County but had resided in Jackson County for most of his life. He was a son of Mary DeHart and the late Wade Ervin Hensley. Boyce was the owner/operator of Hensley Well Pump and loved to fish and deer hunt. Most of all, he loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 37 years, Teresa Parrott Hensley; one daughter, Amy Nicole Hensley (Vickie); two sons, Bryan Edward Hensley (Courtney) and Joshua Wade Hensley; three grandsons, Hunter Brian Hensley (Papaw;s little buddy), Bentley and Brayden Buchanan; a granddaughter, Willow Hensley;  a brother, Ron Hensley (Tammy) of Robbinsville; one sister, Joyce Clark of Andrews; and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 16, 2025 at Appalachian Funeral Services.
