Carlos O'Neal Waddell

Carlos O’Neal Waddell, 65 of Whittier, NC, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. He was born on October 6, 1957, to the late Don and Claudine Pepper Waddell. Carlos enjoyed landscaping, fishing, work camping, and traveling. He loved spending time with his family. Carlos will be missed by many.

Carlos is survived by his wife, Janet Rosenbalm Waddell; daughter, Tonya Waddell Erwin (Brandon); son, William Carlos Waddell (Amber); grandchildren, Caine Waddell and Ryan Waddell; brother, Donald William Waddell (Stephanie); nieces/nephews, Samuel, Joshua, Cortney, Michelle, and Benjamin; step daughter, Tina Branham (Charles); step son, Marcus Keith (Carrie); step grandchildren, Cadence, Duke, Adeline, and Cambree.
