Charles Edward Sheehan

Rev. Charles Edward Sheehan, 80 of Sylva, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2024. Charlie was born in Haywood County on March 6, 1944. He worked as a private security officer with Qualla Security and as a martial arts instructor. Charlie was also a graduate of Fruitland Baptist Bible College.

Charlie loved life. He was always smiling. He loved cooking, growing a garden, and spending time riding around seeing different places. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Charlie is survived by his daughter, Gina Barlow of Sylva; Grandson, Casey Barlow of Amory MS; Step son Doug Cabe (Judy) of Waynesville.

Charlie is preceded in death by his wife, Nadine Sheehan

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, March 11, 2024 at Wesleyanna Cemetery.
