Deborah (Debi) Louise Anders, 67, of Bryson City, passed away Friday, August 22nd, 2025, in her home surrounded by loved ones.

She was born on September 17th, 1957, in Ann Arbor, MI to the late WIlliam Harold and Gracie Queen Anders. In addition to her parents, Debi was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Anderson, and brothers, David Anders and William M Anders.

Debi enjoyed crafts, woodworking, reading, making people laugh, all things purple, and being with her very special fur babies, Jake and Faith. She retired from Harrah's Cherokee Casino where she made many long-lasting friendships.

She is survived by her daughter, Desiree Lynch of Newport MI; two Grandchildren, Blake Ramsey and Breonna Ramsey, and her special grand-pup, Mya. She is also survived by her siblings, Bobby Jo Anders (Teresa) of Whittier; Lois Anders of Bryson City; Gene Anders (LeAnn) of Whittier; Linda Kennedy (Brent) of Bryson City; Brian Anders (Tina) of LaSalle MI; her very best friend Terry Martin (BFF) of Bryson City; and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews that adored their Aunt Deb.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Tuesday August 26, 2025 at Appalachian Funeral Services.
