Dennis Charles Maddox II

Dennis Charles Maddox II, 32, passed away to eternal rest on Saturday, December 2, 2023.  Dennis is survived by his wife, Leah, his son, Dennis III, his parents, Dennis & Betty Maddox, his sister, Jennifer Thibodeaux (Brandon), as well as many, many friends & family.  He will be deeply missed by everyone that knew him.

Dennis loved his wife, Leah, & his son, Dennis III more than anything in this world. He worked hard & loved harder. He fiercely loved all of his friends & family. Anyone that knew him knows that he would do just about anything to get a laugh or put a smile on your face. He was compassionate & would bend over backwards to help anyone. He was a die-hard Saints & UFC fan, loved night fishing in Grand Isle with his best friends, dad & Uncle Brian, cooking, Nitro Circus & free-style motorcross, and going to concerts. He loved to travel & enjoyed rides to the Northshore to spend time with his in-laws & nephews. He never left the house without an ice cold Coca Cola or his bag of sauces “just in case.”

Dennis had a deep connection to God & his faith and he earnestly tried to live his life accordingly. He was a long-time member of Airline Baptist Church. 

A Memorial Service will be held for Dennis on Friday, December 15, 2023 at 1:00PM, at Airline Baptist Church, 421 N. Lester Avenue, Metairie, LA 70003.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted towards his son, Dennis III’s LA ABLE Savings account, c/o 604 Sophia Street, River Ridge, LA 70123.
