Donna Maria Franks Browning

Donna Maria Franks Browning, 60, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2026, in Columbia, South Carolina after an extended illness.

Donna loved Christopher and all of her fur babies. They provided her with life purpose.

She is survived by her sister, Janet "Jan" Staffelbach; brother, Paul Funderburk (Heidi); nieces, Shanna (Rob), and Stephanie (Dan), several great-nieces & nephews; and an uncle, Clyde Franks.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 3, 2026 in the Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services with the Reverend Eddie Stillwell officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
