Donna Wilson

Donna Faye Caldwell Wilson, age 83, of Sylva, NC, passed away on Friday, September 6th, 2024. She was born on Saturday, October 19th, 1940, in The Dalles, OR. Donna is survived by her son, Jeff Wilson (Jessie); daughter, Lisa Carley; son-in-law, Al Carley; grandchildren, Logan Carley, Christopher Wilson, Ashley Wilson.

 Donna was known for her love of flowers, her beautiful home in Sylva, and her beloved cats, Dennis and Fluffy and of course her popcorn and Tom Selleck on Friday night. She was kind hearted and generous to everyone she new and met. She enjoyed spending time with her family, her dear friends and her church. Donna was a dedicated member of First Presbyterian Church of Sylva. 

 A Memorial Service will be held at 4pm on Friday, September 20, 2024, in her honor at St. John's Episcopal Church of Sylva.

 Arrangements are being handled by Appalachian Funeral Services. Donna will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
