Hartwell Patterson

Hartwell Patterson, 91, of the Tilley Creek Community in Cullowhee, went to his Heavenly Home Tuesday October 11, 2022. 
A native of Macon County, he was the son of the late Bill and Lizzie H. Patterson Adams. 
In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his sister; Eva Belle Patterson Webb, and three infant siblings.
A friend to all who knew him, Hartwell was a very dedicated Christian and a founding member of Tilley Creek Baptist Church, where he attended faithfully until his health declined. He retired from Food Services at Western Carolina University with 30 years of service.
Survivors include several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews as well as several cousins.
