Sylva - Jacob Wade "Jake" Henry, 88, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026 in the Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services. Burial will follow at Addie Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
