Jeffery Burnette

Jeffery Thomas Burnette, age 25, of Glenville, NC, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at his home. He was the son of Kristy Burnette of Wilmington, NC and the grandson of Tom and Nancy Burnette of Glenville, NC.
Jeffery loved being outdoors, riding motorcycles and fishing. He loved his family, his dog, Sadie, and his cat, Taz.  
He is survived by his mother; Kristy Burnette, his grandparents; Tom and Nancy Burnette, one uncle; Jeff (Sarah) Burnette, and cousins Bradley, Christopher, William and Elizabeth.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Glenville Wesleyan Church, followed by a memorial service at 3:00 pm. Reverend Steve Hines will officiate the service.  The family requests that Memorial donations be made in Jeffery's memory to the Cashiers/Highlands Humane Society at PO Box 638, Cashiers, NC 28717 or to the Cashiers Glenville Fire Department at PO Box 1978 Cashiers, NC 28717.
