Kenneth Leland Broom

Kenneth Leland Broom, 63, unexpectedly passed away Saturday November 12, 2016 after a brief illness. Kenny was a mountain man; he enjoyed being outdoors, ginseng digging, deer hunting, was an avid Nascar lover and water and snow skier. He never met a stranger and always had a smile on his face and he lived life to the max. Kenny literally had nine lives times three! Kenny was preceded in death by his father Clifton Broom, a sister Debra Broom-Jennings and multiple aunts and uncles. He is survived by his mother, Ester Lee Daughter- Natahlie (Chad) Broom Sumner Son- Chris Broom 2 Sisters- Connie (Jack) Broom Baird, Cynthia Broom 5 Grandchildren and multiple nieces, nephews, Liz Broom and a special life-long friends. A Memorial Service will be held 12:30 pm Friday November 18 at Big Ridge Baptist Church with the Revs. Scotty Patrick and Earl Holden officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am till 12:30 prior to the Service at the Church.
