Melissa Tucker Arneach

Melissa Tucker Arneach, 69 of Sylva, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023. Melissa was born May 4, 1954 to the late James Aaron and Jemima Shook Tucker. She enjoyed playing bingo, fishing, cooking, and going to the flea market.

In addition to her parents, Melissa is preceded in death by her grandson, Andrew Tyler Williamson; brother, Daniel Ray Tucker.

Melissa is survived by her husband of 54 years, Richard Arneach; daughter, Angela Carter; son James Richard Arneach; grandchildren, Katelyn Leanne Williamson, Autumn Grace Arneach, Nathaniel Arneach; sisters, Helen Sellers and Bernita Rogers; brothers, James Tucker Jr., Samuel Tucker, and Cecil Tucker. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
