Mildred Bryce Mitchum

Mildred Bryce Mitchum, 89, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.
She was a native of South Carolina and a daughter of the late John and Ollie Madden Bryce. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Mitchum; a daughter, Brenda Marks; son-in-law, Tilman Price; and a step-son, Willard Bryson (Betty).
Mildred is survived by her grandchildren, Belinda Conner (Robert), Buddy Price, and William Price; great-grandchildren, Autumn and Cory Evans (Erika), Dakota Price, and Jaydan Price; a great-great-grandchild, Asher Timmons.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 in the Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services with the Reverend Eddie Stillwell officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
