Phillip Francis Smith

Phillip Francis Smith, 84, of Tuckasegee, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday morning June 29, 2022. Phil was born in Gowanda, New York, he was the son of the late Francis and Gertrude Smith.

Phil was a U.S. Army Veteran, and a member of American Legion Post 880 in Eden, NY, and was part of their Honor Guard. His passion in life was hunting, the outdoors and loved his country. 

In addition to his parents, Phil was preceded in death by his sister; Mary.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years Sandra Kay Smith
Stepsons; James, Donald and Scott
4 Grandchildren; Amanda, Dakota, Joshua and Nathan
4 Great Grandchildren; Giovanni, Gavin, Guilianna and Gamison
Sisters; Pat and Marge, Brother; Richard, nieces and nephews also survive. 

A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday July 12, 2022 at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Sylva.
