Rebecca Mathis, 81, of Travelers Rest South Carolina and formally of Tuckasegee, passed away on October 17, 2025.

Services for Rebecca will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services in Sylva. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm-2:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will take at Promise Land Baptist Church Cemetery immediately following the service at the funeral home.
