Robert Allen "Todd" Hooper

Robert Allen "Todd" Hooper, born on July 21, 1976, left this world on February 6, 2026, in Jackson County, North Carolina. Known for his unwavering generosity and kind spirit, Todd was a talented handyman who could fix anything and was always ready to lend a helping hand. He never met a stranger, making friends wherever he went and offering support to those in need. His heart was evident in the way he responded to others, often stopping to assist someone whose vehicle had broken down.

Todd was a cherished member of his family. He is survived by his mother, Janet Putnam Hooper. He treasured his relationships with his siblings, his brother John Wesley Hooper and his sister Cindy, who have lost a beloved brother. Todd shared a deep bond with his wife, Lindsey Miller Hooper, and together they celebrated the joy of parenthood with their son, Robert James Hooper, affectionately known as “RJ.” Todd is preceded in death by his father Robert Wesley Hooper. 

His presence will be missed by all who knew him, and it is with heavy hearts that we remember his many contributions to the lives he touched. A graveside service will be held in his honor on February 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Stewart Cemetery in Cullowhee, North Carolina. Todd's legacy of kindness and community service will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
