Robert Thomas Hoage

Robert T. Hoage, 74, passed away February 13, 2023, in Hendersonville NC, after a prolonged illness.

Robert was born to parents, Robert B. “Bob” and Elizabeth “Betty” L. Hoage, in Michigan; a brother, Mike,
came later and completed his early family. A first marriage ended but gave him a daughter, Rebekkah. A
second marriage with wife, Francis, gave him lasting love and four stepchildren. Robert enjoyed
motorcycle riding, creating/working crossword puzzles, baking chocolate chip cookies for loved ones,
and listening to music.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Rebekkah Hoage (Curtis) Henderson; his four step-children:
Andrew (Dorothy) Sample, Laura Imler, Becky (James) Hurley, and James (Melissa) Sample;  his nine
grandchildren: Charles Imler, Cathy Martin, Modlain Minor III, Case Cikanowick, Constance Van Heosen,
Kaiden Sample, Elizabeth Sample, Levonte Henderson, and Levi Henderson; and two great grandsons.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife, Francis.

Much thanks to all those who cared for and visited Robert during his final years.
