Roger Lee Cabe, 57 of Sylva, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025. He was born on June 19, 1967, in Swain County to the late Paul James Cabe Sr. and Mae Lee Sutton Cabe. Roger enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He loved spending time with his family, friends, and his dog, Booger.
In addition to his mother, Roger is survived by his wife, Angie Anders, sister, Lynn Cochran (Kent), brother, James Cabe. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews also survive.
In addition to his father, Roger is preceded in death by his brother, David Cabe.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Appalachian Funeral Services. Visitation will be held 11:00-12:00 prior to the service at the funeral home.
