Ruben is survived by his loving wife, Velma (Franks).
Daughters- Amanda and Rachel
Preceded in death by his son, Ruben Jr., his brother Joe, and his sister Elida
Private cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Appalachian Funeral Services of Sylva, NC.
