Ryan Luke Queen

Ryan Luke Queen, 40, of Sylva, NC, passed away on March 6, 2024. He was born October 5, 1983, to Rick Queen and Pat L. Queen. He is survived by his father Rick Queen (Debbie); mother Pat L. Queen; brother Isaac Queen (Shannon); grandmother Lila Jo Queen; niece Ava Queen; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by grandparents Hayes Queen, Harold and Ann Lockwood.

Ryan enjoyed cooking for his family and working as a sous-chef and chef at several local restaurants over the years. He was an avid sports fan NASCAR and the NFL Panthers. He also enjoyed music especially bluegrass and attending live music festivals such as Merle Fest for many years. Ryan was a gentle and kind soul and was a friend to all. He was loved and will be missed by family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the East LaPorte Pavillion, Route 107, Cullowhee NC.
