Sallie Parris Frady

Sallie Parris Frady, 81, of Sylva, passed away Monday May 6, 2019. A native and lifelong resident of Jackson County, Sallie was the daughter of the late Carl and Dollie Parris. She was a member of East Fork Baptist Church and she enjoyed working with flowers. She loved spending time with her family especially her nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband George Frady, and her brothers; Wayne, Bobby and Lee Parris and her sister Betty Tidwell. She is survived by: Her sisters; Edna Mae Gray of Atlanta Ruth Wyatt of Waynesville Brother- Gerald Parris of Waynesville Several nieces and nephews also survive Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday May 9, 2019 in the Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services with the Rev. Dennis Burrell officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 1:00 until 2:00 prior to the Service at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in East Fork Cemetery. .
