Shirley Jane LaCoe

Shirley Jane LaCoe, age 89 of Sylva NC, passed away on Tuesday May 10, 2022.  She was born on December 31, 1932, in Lackawanna County, PA, to the late Willard and Bessie (Reed) Rosenkrans.

Shirley was a hard worker.  (Which came from being the daughter of a farmer).  She retired from Sanofi Pharmaceuticals after 30 years.  She enjoyed crochet and gardening; but mostly loved spending time with her family.

She will be dearly missed by her loving daughter, Janet Elders; grandchildren, Rusty (Michelle) LaCoe, Dulane (Cassie) Elders, Michelle (Ray) Farmer, Christopher Elders; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clyde; brother, Ivan Rosenkrans; and son-in-law, Dulane Fred Elders.

Interment will be at Newton Township Cemetery, Clarks Summit, PA.
