Stephen Ernest Meyers

Stephen Ernest Meyers, 78, of Sylva, passed away Monday May 30, 2022.
A native of Illinois, he was the son of the late Paul and Dorothy Meyers.
Steve was a US Navy Veteran and a Member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Franklin, NC. He enjoyed building things and built the house he retired in here in Western North Carolina, he just loved the mountains and being outdoors. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a sister; Judy Hotz
He is survived by his wife of 53 years Candace Meyers
2 Sisters; Janet Poluse of Hudson, Fla and Joan Wagner of Sevierville, TN
A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday June 18, 2022 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Franklin, NC. The family will be receiving friends an hour prior to the Service at the Church.
