Tommy Allen

Francis “Tommy” Thomas Allen, 64 of Whittier, passed away on January 24, 2023. Tommy was born in Norfolk, VA on October 11, 1958, to the late Francis O.E. Allen and Dorothy Ross Shelton. He enjoyed teaching martial arts, working on guns, and fixing electrical radios.

Tommy is survived by his sister, Kathy Maney (Michael Caldwell); niece, Heather Allen (Brian Vansteenvurg); nephew, Joshua Vansteenvurg. He is also survived by his friends, Bruce Brooks, Kelly Jones and Janice.

In addition to his parents, Tommy is preceded in death by his sister, Linda Waits.
