William "Frankie" Smith

William Franklin Smith, "Frankie" to most everyone who knew and loved him, passed away after having extended health issues. 

Frankie previously was a driver of 18-wheelers, a job that he loved. Born in Forsyth County, Frankie has lived the past several years in Sylva. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Franklin Smith and Mary Pauline Hauser Smith and by one brother Larry Smith. Surviving are his sisters, Frances Kaye Herron and Mary Stewart as well as his brothers Robert Steven Smith, James Lee Smith and Ronald Smith.
